I accept insurance plans from the following carriers:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Plans are available through employer group plans, Medicare, individual and family insurance plans as well as Medicaid and state sponsored programs.
Aetna – A subsidiary of CVS Health, Aetna offers individual and family health insurance plans as well as behavioral health, dental, disability, long-term care and pharmaceutical plans.
Cigna – A global health service company, Cigna offers medical, dental, pharmacy, accident, life, supplemental and medicare plans to individuals, families and businesses. Cigna’s motto as an insurance carrier is to help you improve your health, wellbeing and peace of mind.
United Health Care - UnitedHealthcare is the health benefits business of UnitedHealth Group, a health care and well-being company working to help build a modern, high-performing health system through improved access, affordability, outcomes and experiences. UnitedHealth Group also includes Optum , a business that delivers care aided by technology and data, empowering people, partners and providers with the guidance and tools they need to achieve better health.

Please be prepared to make payment by the end of each session
Payment accepted: cash or check, Venmo, Zelle Direct Deposit (from your phone app) accepted from all banks
Cancellation policy: Once you agree to an appointment time, that time is reserved between you and the therapist. In the event you cannot keep the appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If 24 hour notice is not given, a fee equal to your session charge will be assessed.
